Flance Job Feed Notifier is a private internal tool created for my own freelancer workflow. The purpose of the tool is to help organize public Upwork marketplace job postings using approved Upwork API access.
The tool is designed to read public marketplace job postings, apply personal filters such as keywords, skills, category, and budget, and show matching opportunities in a private dashboard or notification workflow.
To ensure strict alignment with Upwork's terms and user protection policies, this tool does NOT perform the following actions:
- Scrape Upwork pages or bypass platform controls.
- Use browser cookies or unauthorized session tokens.
- Auto-submit proposals or generate automated applications.
- Send client messages or engage in automated client interactions.
- Perform any write actions (e.g. creating/editing content on Upwork).
- Sell, transfer, or distribute Upwork content or postings.
- Use Upwork content for advertising, user profiling, or competing marketplace purposes.
The application uses low-volume read-only API access exclusively for personal/internal use. It is not offered publicly, does not charge users, and stores only the minimal configuration required to manage personal job filters.
